This is the story of Paulí, an 89-year-old RCD Espanyol fan who will no longer be able to attend the Stadium. The title of the campaign is ‘Volem’ which means ‘we fly’ and also ‘we desire’ in Catalan, an ode to the nickname that the RCDE fans receive: ‘pericos’ or ‘parakeets’.
Fun fact: until we found Paulí my colleague Marc and I had to call more than a hundred real RCDE fans looking for the perfect story for the campaign.
